the 21st Century with the launch of its new broadband channel

launches with a first-time web broadcast of the IBF light-heavyweight
title eliminator between Clinton Woods (Great Britain) and
Jason DeLisle (Australia) on October 24 (GMT). This marquee
fight pits two exciting contenders in a bout with world title
implications.
The
channel will then broadcast a top class fight every month
with November’s offering featuring world-rated Eric
Teymour contesting the vacant WBU super-middleweight title
on November 24.
And,
for the first time, a high quality state-of-the-art broadcast
can be guaranteed due to the technology and support of Real
Networks and Mediawave, providing boxing on the web like you’ve
never seen it before.
SecondsOut.tv
will also feature a weekly news programme, radio show, interviews
and an extensive back catalogue of high quality fights, which
will expand month by month and feature classic action from
the Panix Promotions, Lion Promotions, Fight Academy and DiBella
Entertainment archives.
In
the inaugural monthly broadcast, three-time world title challenger
Woods, 35-3-1 (21), will ready himself for another crack at
the title following keenly contested battles with IBF champion
Glen Johnson (twice) and the legendary Roy Jones.
DeLisle,
15-2-2 (8), is tough, no nonsense contender from Sydney who
will bring the fight to Woods in his backyard of Sheffield
and provide a significant obstacle to the Briton’s world
title aspirations. The contest is scheduled for 12 rounds
and undercard attractions will also be featured on the broadcast.
Each
pay-per-view bout and monthly subscription will cost £4.99
(UK), $4.99 (US) or 6.99 Euros a month – with a month
free if purchasers subscribe to 12 months. A free preview
of non-stop knockdowns will be online as a taster for the
main event.
